Privacy policy

This policy explains what data is stored or handled when you use wololo (www.wololo.cc, "the site"), and where it lives.

In short

  • The site has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or other personal details.
  • The site uses no analytics, no ads and no tracking cookies.
  • Game settings, best scores and saves stay in your own browser and are never sent to our servers.

Data kept in your browser

The games use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember:

  • settings such as sound and language
  • best scores and game progress
  • any nickname you type into a game

This data stays on your device. We can't read it and it is never uploaded. Each game's entries start with the game's name, such as inkloop., runekeep. and memebrawl..

When you open a game from the site, the site also writes the current language into that game's language setting (memebrawl.lang, runekeep.lang) so the game opens in the same language.

To clear all of this, delete the site data for www.wololo.cc in your browser settings.

Technical data handled when you connect

When you visit the site, your browser sends technical information as part of how the web works, such as your IP address, browser type and the address you requested. These services handle it:

  • Cloudflare runs the site's DNS and network delivery. It processes connections passing through it and may set strictly necessary cookies for security and abuse prevention.
  • Railway hosts the site's server. Its system logs may keep connection details for a short time for operations and debugging.
  • Google Fonts serves the site's fonts from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser information.

Each service handles this data under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare, Railway, Google. We don't use this technical data to identify you.

Children

The site does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, children included. Nicknames entered in games stay in your browser.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add a feature or service. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and if the change affects what data is collected, we will say so clearly here.
